The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere with its beautiful rainforest surroundings and is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. I found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, but I think adding a small kitchen area and a pull-out couch would make them even better. While the staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick, I did feel that some of the hotel's areas need a refresh to justify the price.
